Lead Forge is provided by Krapton, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17457035 with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“Krapton”, “we”). It presents information from the public Companies House register together with analysis generated by Lead Forge. Lead Forge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Companies House.

The service is provided for information and research. It is not legal, financial, credit or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for checking the official register or carrying out your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Company information is reproduced from Companies House under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and may lag the live register. We show the record as we received it and link to the official page for the same company. The AI analysis, signals, needs and assistant answers are generated by a language model from that record, are labelled as interpretation where they go beyond it, and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

You may browse, search and read Lead Forge for your own business or personal research, share links to profiles, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its API in a way that degrades the service for others, resell or redistribute the analysis as your own, attempt to bypass rate limits, the Plus question allowance or access controls, use the service to harass or defraud any person, or use business contact details shown to Plus members for unlawful marketing. Public search engine and AI crawlers may index the public pages in line with our robots directives.

Lead Forge Plus is a membership of €10/month per workspace, invoiced monthly by Krapton. Payment activates an access code that unlocks Plus features on the Lead Forge account it is entered on, on every device that account logs in on; the code is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared publicly. Plus features are provided for as long as Lead Forge operates. If the access code does not work or Plus features are unavailable, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund the fee. Priority research requests are fulfilled on a reasonable-endeavours basis during working days.

Lead Forge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krapton is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, business or data, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on information or analysis shown on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Lead Forge Plus in the twelve months before the claim.

The Lead Forge name, design, software and original written content are owned by Krapton. Companies House data remains subject to the Open Government Licence and Crown copyright where applicable. Company names on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only as public register information.

We may change the service or these terms; material changes are shown by updating the date above. We may suspend access for misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
