Six steps from incorporation to outreach

  1. STEP 01

    Companies House publishes new incorporations

    Every working day Companies House registers 2,000 to 3,000 new companies and publishes them through its public API the same day.
  2. STEP 02

    Lead Forge lists them by date and city

    The directory shows companies incorporated in the last 7, 30 or 90 days. City pages list the last 30 days for each major UK city. Both refresh automatically.
  3. STEP 03

    You open a company profile

    Each company has a permanent page with the full public record: registered office, status, type, SIC codes, officers, people with significant control, filing history, charges and previous names.
  4. STEP 04

    The AI analysis reads the record

    Gemini is given the record, today's date and an explicit list of what the record does not contain. It writes an executive brief, why now, opportunity signals, potential needs and outreach angles, each labelled public data or AI interpretation.
  5. STEP 05

    You ask follow-up questions

    Ask AI answers questions from the record only and says when the answer is not there. Two questions per company are free; Plus removes the limit.
  6. STEP 06

    You act on the shortlist

    Copy or download the brief, share the profile URL, and open the conversation with an angle grounded in the filing.

Companies House API

The public register, used under the Open Government Licence. Profiles, officers, PSC, filing history and charges are read from it.

Google Gemini

Writes the AI analysis and answers Ask AI questions from a structured prompt that includes only the record. Output is validated against a schema. More on the analysis.

Lead Forge

Adds discovery, categories, plain-English SIC descriptions, the timeline and network views, share links and exports, and keeps every added statement labelled.

About the process

How quickly does a new company appear on Lead Forge?
Companies House publishes incorporations the same day. Lead Forge collects new registrations every hour and publishes them to the site once a day, so a company registered today usually appears tomorrow.
Does Lead Forge store the company data?
Yes. Lead Forge stores newly registered companies from the Companies House register in its own database, adds the latest registrations every day and serves every page from it. Any AI brief generated for a company is stored with it, so the analysis can be cached and shared.
What does Lead Forge add to the register?
Discovery (date ranges, categories, city pages, plain-English SIC descriptions) and interpretation (the AI brief and assistant). It does not change the facts, and it labels everything it adds.
Can I request a company or city that is missing?
Yes. Lead Forge lists newly registered UK companies and a growing archive of older active ones, searchable by name, number or city. If a company you need is missing, or you want a new city page or a bulk request, contact the team.
