Built, run and paid for by Krapton
Lead Forge started inside Krapton as a way to find newly registered UK companies, and became a product when its labelled AI analysis proved more useful than the raw list. Everything since has been designed, built and paid for by Krapton's own team, alongside our client work: the daily pipeline from Companies House, the public profiles, the AI briefs, director intelligence and Lead Forge Plus.
There is no outside money in it. That keeps us independent, and it also sets the pace: we can only build what our own budget allows.

- No. Lead Forge has no outside investors today. It is built, maintained and funded by Krapton, the software company behind it.

- Krapton, a software development company that designs and builds web platforms, mobile apps and AI products for clients, and builds products of its own. Lead Forge is one of them.
- Why is Lead Forge looking for investors?
- We have more ideas than budget. Investment would let us build them sooner: the whole Companies House register, financials from filed accounts, address intelligence, alerts, CRM integrations and deeper AI research.
- Who can invest in Lead Forge?
- We are open to conversations with angel investors, venture funds, family offices and strategic partners. Any investment would be agreed privately, and only where the law that applies to it allows.
